The focus for Spring is on cultivating the rising energy of the season for growth, creativity and change. The emphasis is on the graceful, grounding and energising movements of Tai Chi and Qi Gong.

A Spring ChiBall class aims to move Chi, clearing away stagnation and stress, leaving participants feeling refreshed and energised.

The Spring Seasonal class promotes flexibility, detoxification, and stimulation of internal organs, through utilizing movements such as side bends and twists.  The growth and strengthening experienced in Spring help us to adapt and evolve with resilience.
