Autumn Wellness Course


The focus for Autumn is on slowing down and letting go in order to create ‘space’ and explore possibilities.

Using the essence of Feldenkrais, an Autumn ChiBall class aims to give participants the freedom to explore mind-body awareness through gentle, relaxing, movements.

The movements in this class are more exploratory and freeing, with a focus on the breath, effortlessness and the release of both physical and emotional tension.

This results in aiding our mind and body to release stress and tension as well as to embrace relaxation.
